GVC is a graphic user interface for Windows, specifically designed for the FFMPEG video converter and developed with Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition.
The FFMPEG converter is a free utility and of open code that will convert audio and video in all manner of ways. It can decode practically all known multimedia formats, including rare ones like videogame music formats.
These are the main functions:
* GVC accepts video files in any format: AVI, ASF, MOV, MP4, 3GPP, 3GPP2, MPG, FLV, SWF, WMV, DV, OGG, MKV and RM.
* GVC accepts sound files in any format: MP2, MP3, MP4, AIFF, FLAC, OGG, WMA, WAV, AC3 and AMR.
* It converts DAT VCD files and .VOB DVD files to MPG format.
* It rips images from raw video formats from any multimedia file.
NOTE: For GVC to work correctly, you need Microsoft .NET Framework installed on your PC.
